Bugfix/align center with spec and changed url handling

Two major changes:

  • The Leostream REST API now also recognized Leostream Centers. To make use of this part of the REST API the model needed to change and also the handling.
  • The URL handling was left to the implementation. Now the REST API URI is set in this client.
